Jodie’s passion for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities is deeply rooted in her own lived experience as a mother. She and her husband, Matt, have raised and supported their profoundly disabled son, whose journey has shaped their understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and their families. Their family’s resilience and experiences have given Jodie invaluable insights into the broad impacts of disability, inspiring her compassionate, person-centred approach to her work.
